يجب مراجعه اخصائي عظام لتقييم حالتك اذا كانت تحتمل حدوث حمل

عليها مراجعة طبيب صدرية

I assume the "chest mass" you are talking about is a breast mass. Those are better managed by a breast surgeon, I am not sure how far in the investigations you sister had been so far? In addition, I would like to assume that the "water cyst" that you talked about is cyst on the ovary! , it is most likely the cyst that develop in the early weeks of pregnancy, they usually resolve after the first few weeks, therefore you don’t need to worry about them, certainly we have to be aware of the not uncommon complications which may happen in such cysts, I am sure the doctor will keep an eye on the cyst. The risk of removing the uterus during a caesarean section for placenta previea is less than 0.5%, however, if the placenta is abnormally attached the the wall of the uterus, the risk will increase but usually less than 1%, and certainly increase if the woman had previously had several cesarean sections. The second question: there is no upper number of how many caesarean sections a woman can have, but the more the number the more the . complication,therefore we advise such women to have a "smaller" family. تحتاج للفحص السريري وتصوير الثدي لاستبعاد الأورام او التهاب الثدي

Marriage its self should not be a problem, however regarding pregnancy, we have to know why the kidney and 3/4 of the other kidney were removed, what was the diagnoses, how is your blood pressure now. I think you nephrologist should give us detailed information about these questions, then we will discuss how this condition affects pregnancy and how pregnancy affects you kidney disease. It is not a simple yes or no question, it needs thorough evaluation. Regards
